Snack Attack! 3 quick and easy snacking ideas!

After our long days at camp, we love quick, bite-sized, easy to eat delicious snacks to tie us over till dinner.

Here are 3 quick ideas  - as usual everything is dairy free!

Ingredients for all 3 snack ideas. Italian grissini (breadsticks), Skippy peanut butter, Ritz crackers, Tofutti (non dairy) cream cheese, Italian imported prosciutto cotto (ham).

Snack 1.
Peanut Butter & Ritz Crackers
We like Skippy creamy peanut butter.
Spread on a Ritz crackers (Ritz are dairy free and delicious)
Wash hands after spreading :)
Tah-dah! Ready to snack on!
Snack 2. 
Cream Cheese & Ritz Crackers
Spread Tofutti (non dairy) cream cheese on Ritz cracker

Spread carefully!
Perfect!
Eat and repeat!
Snack 3.
Prosciutto Wrapped Grissini
Grissini - It's the Italian name for Breadsticks. They are long and thin (the ones we used today are thicker than the usual grissini found in restaurants in Italy)
Break grissini in half 
Take Prosciutto cotto or any type of ham or cured meats and wrap around the grissini
Every bite should have a little bread and a little prosciutto
